The pressure was on this time.

He had a limited amount of time to find what he needed to.

He still owed Dross a wailbaby and he likened to keep one for himself.

More dratini were worth the catch and of course all shinies were fair game.

He walked the shoreline carefully. His eyes alert and 'Baby' at his side again.

As a wailmer slightly beached itself he took up the chance to make good on a deal.

He'd catch another for himself if it came up but for now this one was for Dross and his fletchling.

Taking in the size of this baby he wasn't even going to bother attacking it or drawing out an interaction.

Babysaur covered its face in SLEEP POWDER, and that was that.

Inkay were adorable and as far as he knew they were the only species of pokémon classified with Psychic and Dark typing.

That made them separately rare and unique.

With only three balls left he held back from catching another, for now.

As far as dratini go, having three wasn't anywhere near excessive. He was going to need to acquire some land for all these 'monsters' he was amassing.

He still hadn't caught Cait but his pokémon in total were nothing to scoff at.

The heatran's living needs alone were reason enough to seek seclusion.

Babysaur used SLEEP POWDER!

Pulling back on reflecting on real estate he pulled a Safari Ball from his belt, making good on Baby's swift powdering.

Continuing to walk the shoreline he was approached by a Clobbopus that looked like it wanted to take his lunch money.

Putting its dukes up it waited for the ranger to approach, seemingly a dare for the human and its pokémon to attack.

Briefly remembering a video he saw of a crabs punching the limbs off of other sea creatures.

Or was it some other sea creature punching a crab's arm off?

Either way he decided to gracefully move on.

It took a little waiting to get the next pokémon to show.

It turned out to be time well spent as a Wishiwashi poked its head through the surface tension of the water.

SLEEP POWDER wouldn't be effective in the water and the fishy used laid down a HAZE to protect itself anyway.

Baby had to use his vines to grab hold of the little wriggler but after some time, he got it.

The SLEEP POWDER remained on the surface of the water where the Wishiwashi wouldn't be affected by it.

That didn't stop the powder from coating the Dratini that surfaced in the area not soon after.

It sneezed once, sneezed again and stretched out for a nap soon after.
